The conference registration site is now open. Please follow this link to register to attend ITS 2010.

Interest in participating in ITS 2010 has been very high. Due to space restrictions (ITS 2010 will be held in the city castle of Saarbrücken), we do not have unlimited seats available. Therefore if you are planning to attend, please register as soon as possible.

Please note, that we cannot refund any of the registration fees, if participation has to be cancelled. Students are required to provide a proof of their student status.

Conference Date: November 7–10, 2010

Additional Information

The registration fee includes:

  • All events during the three days of the main conference (main tracks and poster and demo reception)
  • Lunch on three days
  • Coffee breaks on all days
  • Ice-Breaker Reception on Sunday before the main conference
  • Transfer from Saarbrücken Castle to the DFKI on Monday evening for the demo and poster session (and back to the city).

Registration add ons:

Tickets for the conference dinner are sold separately and will cost 30€ (full registration) and 15€ (student registration). The tutorial day costs 50 € (early registration) for full participants and free for students (you are provided with coffee breaks and lunch on Sunday as well). ITS 2010 is a premier venue for presenting research in the design and use of new and emerging tabletop and interactive surface technologies. Tutorials range from general overviews of surface research to detailed topics of interest.

We will have four exciting tutorials in the following order on Sunday:

  2. Multitouch APIs (by Ulrich von Zadow)
  3. Touch Technologies (by Florian Echtler)
  4. Build your own multitouch pad (by Anne Roudaut)

Student volunteers and sponsored attendees: you will be provided with a registration code that will allow you to register at no cost. Please use the link above to access the online registration system and follow the instructions provided. Students are required to provide a proof of their student status.
